2. Return and Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or email confirmation).
  • The product must be inspected and approved by our team before any return or exchange is processed.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in denial of your request.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom-made, special-order, or personalized items.
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items unless faulty upon arrival.
  • Safety gear (e.g., helmets, protective wear) due to hygiene and safety standards.


4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

    • Your full name and contact details
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  2. Await written authorization and return instructions.
  3. Return the product at your own cost via a trackable shipping method.

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


5. Inspection and Approval

Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected:

  • If approved, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • If rejected due to signs of use, damage, or late return, the product will be sent back at your expense.


6. Shipping Costs and Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged due to our error.
  • We are not liable for any lost or damaged return shipments. Use insured, trackable courier services.


7. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by:
