4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
  • Payments must be made using accepted methods such as EFT, credit/debit cards etc. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

We are not responsible for any payment processing issues caused by third-party providers.


5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is limited to within South Africa.
  • We aim to dispatch products within specified timelines, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events.
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.


6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval and adherence to our stated conditions.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, design, product descriptions, and software—is the exclusive property of Equine Sport or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
